David Cherner is a founder and managing partner of Health Workforce Solutions LLC (HWS), a leading national research and advisory firm focused on developing innovative solutions to health workforce problems. He has published a number of articles on health workforce issues and has led client engagements with the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, Kaiser Permanente, Partners HealthCare, Ascension Health, and the Advisory Board Company, among others. HWS' expertise spans the breadth of health workforce issues, and we work with health care organizations of all types to help them maximize their workforce performance.
